    Objective: The development of a social media strategy with the aim of generating awareness and reaching a new target group.
    Realization:
    • Development of a strategic road map for eFiliale’s social media engagement.
    • Implementation of the eFiliale fan page on Facebook and the conception of a start campaign to guarantee a large number of fans from the beginning.
    • The second campaign, “My Moving History”, was implemented with the goal of raising en-gagement on the brand page.
    • Facebook ads, a newsletter and integration of the action into the eFiliale homepage ensure high quality traffic.
    Result: 10.000 Facebook fans after 4 months
